Dear Customers and partners,
The Covid-19 outbreak has unexpectedly brought us all to unprecedented times of uncertainty.
As I write, our thoughts go out to those who are fighting this threat directly or enduring its dramatic effects, to include the loss of loved ones and friends.
At Analog Way, we are taking all precautionary measures to avoid potential spread of the virus, preserve our employees’ safety and protect our customers’ interest. Contingency plans have been implemented to allow for business continuity and support to Analog Way users and customers around the globe, with most of our staff now fully operational from their homes.
Although conditions are changing seemingly daily, currently our supply chain is secured, making most of our products available for delivery within standard lead-times. By working closely with our customers, we will be able to adjust our operations on the fly to accommodate changing circumstances (e.g. drop shipping orders directly from our factory, redirecting shipments to new locations, etc.).
Furthermore, our R&D teams in various locations have been able to reorganize their operations in order to maintain effort on ongoing hardware and software developments, ultimately allowing us to keep our original delivery schedules in place.
Lastly, current Picturall users willing to take part in the fight against Covid-19, may do so by joining the “Folding@home” network. To that aim, Analog Way has recently released a new Picturall firmware allowing these powerful media servers to be configured to devote their impressive processing resources to medical research. Rest assured that we will continue to monitor the situation and make every effort to anticipate further threats as well as establish appropriate contingency plans to support our customers through this crisis.
We remain committed more than ever to your success and look forward to better times soon.
Be safe!
Adrien Corso
CEO of the Analog Way Group
